Can your brain tell what career is right for you?

Can your brain hold the answers to what career is most suitable for you? Every brain is wired differently, which means everything from your thought process to your reaction to a situation and even the skill sets you possess will be different from someone else.
A revolutionary new process called 4D Brain Analysis promises to unlock the secrets of the brain and provide scientific answers about one’s personality.
The patent-pending 4D Brain Analysis combines four different steps to arrive at answers. Components of the analysis include Brain Mapping, DNA mapping, Biological Mapping and Psychological Mapping. While each of the technology or techniques have been around for quite some time, what makes this analysis unique is that it combines all of them together to come up with something unique.
4D Brain Analysis is the result of years of research undertaken by Dr Alok K Mishra. A postdoctoral degree from AIIMS and a double PhD among other qualification, Mishra started the Brain Behaviour Research Foundation of India (BBRFI) to explore the potential of the brain and primarily help the youth and children to recognize their true potential. Today, 4D Brain Analysis can do much more.
The result of 4D Brain Analysis, Mishra says, can give us a picture of a person’s personality, understand the capacities, competencies and behavior of an individual and maximize their potential. “With the 4D analysis one can find out about the field he or she can excel in, which in turn can help you make a career choice. For others, it can also help you figure out the reason that hinders one’s performance. Beyond that innate potential of an individual, reason for depression, an individual’s learning style, attitude towards approaching a problem and current level of functioning of an individual can be determined. Even companies can use our technology to find out which areas in the organization would suit the person, thus ensuring the right person for the right job” says Mishra.
4D brain analysis is very useful to understand what job is suitable for a person. It is also useful in addressing the anxiety around what job one should take up. The analysis provides a personality assessment of an individual as determined at a genetic level, neurological level, psychological level and biological behavioral level. “Once you know the aptitude of an individual, it is very easy to then guide him or her on the correct path,” says Mishra.
An EEG (Electroencephalogram) Brain mapping measures the different frequencies of electrical activity that are generated from the brain. These frequencies are called delta, theta, alpha and beta. The process can also be used to detect abnormalities in your brain waves or in the electrical activity of your brain and provides the information concerning the active state of various regions of the brain, effectively producing a map of the brain’s activity. “It enables us to see your unique pattern of mental strengths and weaknesses – areas of the brain where there is too little or too much activity, and areas that are not coordinating their activities the best they could,” says Mishra.
Similarly, DNA and biological mapping provide important markers about an individual. DNA mapping can provide the genetic level of IQ markers present in any individual, 50% of which are inheritable IQ and the rest is dependent on various other factors, which include socioeconomic factors, childhood upbringing, and diseases.
Psychological Mapping helps an individual know about their dominant area of intelligence. It also familiarizes them with their learning style that would ensure maximum retention. “A person being an extrovert or an introvert can also be projected through this finding,” says Mishra.
“4D Brain Analysis will at the end of the day help you determine what to study and what career could be good for you,” says Mishra.
